ABOUT

Since our establishment in 1992 Strata Asset Services (WA) has provided consistently high quality consulting and management services to the Strata Titles Industry in Western Australia. We pride ourselves on service delivery and integrity and are committed to maintaining the high standards of practice we operate by.

Our company consists of ten dedicated individuals who are all very knowledgeable and well trained in their areas of responsibility and are eager to ensure that your strata company is managed to the highest standards. Our four strata managers all hold Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) qualifications and participate in ongoing professional development. All three senior managers have made significant contributions to the peak strata management industry body on a voluntary basis particularly in the areas of Education, Legislative amendments, Governance and industry improvement.

Strata Asset Services (WA) have provided valuable assistance in many strata company matters that include land resumption negotiations with the Main Roads Department, builders’ defect disputes including arbitration between the strata owners, original proprietor and construction company.

Our commitment to service excellence was acknowledged in November 2001 when we were awarded a Certificate of Excellence from the Urban Development Institute of Australia for our contribution to the consultancy and management of “The Maltings” project in Northbridge.

We manage a wide variety of strata companies which reflect the diverse range of applications of the Strata Titles Act when developing community style real estate projects. The types of developments include residential, resort, retail, commercial, rural and various combinations of these being used to achieve ‘life style’ accommodation and maximise the appeal of projects.

Paul has considerable experience within the Strata Titles and the Real Estate Industry and is experienced in the administration and control of Trust Accounts. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Computing from Edith Cowan University and is responsible for the overall management of the company, strata management services, and consulting services. Paul has previously operated a small software company servicing not for profit clients nation wide.

Beverley was the founder of SASWA back in 1993 and has a passion for looking after properties and the people who use and live in them. Education has been a strong focus being involved in design of the Certificate IV in Strata Management course now available for strata managers, as well as it's predecessor, Certificate III course and the Diploma course.
