Strata Asset Services WA had its humble beginnings in 1992 when Beverley Grigo agreed to manage the newly completed Observation Rise complex on Scarborough Beach for three months while the owners sought a permanent strata manager. Beverley's building industry  and management experience soon proved invaluable in dealing with complex construction defects and other management issues that arose and the rest is history.
