Since its establishment in 1992 Strata Asset Services (WA) has provided consistently high quality consulting and management services to the Strata Titles Industry in Western Australia. We pride ourselves on service delivery and integrity and are committed to maintaining the high standards of practice we operate by.
Our commitment to service excellence was acknowledged in November 2001 when we were awarded a Certificate of Excellence from the Urban Development Institute of Australia for our contribution to the consultancy and management of “The Maltings” project in Northbridge.
Strata Asset Services (WA) have been successful in many other strata company matters that include land resumption negotiations with the Main Roads Department, Builders’ Registration Board disputes, and Arbitration between the Owners, Original proprietor and Construction Company.
We currently manage a wide variety of strata companies which reflect the diverse range of applications of the Strata Titles Act when developing community style real estate projects. The types of developments include residential, resort, retail, commercial, rural and various combinations of these being used to achieve ‘life style’ accommodation and maximise the appeal of projects.
